New journal CSS!! It is amazing, I love Space Invaders (it's my favourite old arcade game along with it's similar one, Galaga) so I was REALLY excited to see it :3

Okay so anyways, I have a question.

Regarding commissions, what is the most you would want to spend on a piece? Like, a full blown coloured and background piece by me? And what is the cheapest you would be happy paying for a piece of work from me? (That wouldn't be totally ripping me as the artist off)

Basically this is in regards to my recent poll, I would really like to know what your comfortable range is that you would pay for artwork from me or if you would want any at all. And what kind of artwork would you expect for certain price ranges?


I also have another question for whoever is reading this!
Speaking of Space Invaders, what is YOUR favourite oldschool arcade game?! 8D

Hi there, deviantART. I'm Shauna!
Me in a Nutshell: I'm an aspiring artist who wants to major in illustration. I'm heavily interested in the comic book, free lance illustrator, and trading card game art fields! I plan on moving with my amazingly talented in music boyfriend, Corey, to California to pursue our bachelor's and master's (I in art and he in music) and then move on from there. :heart:

I'm Interested In... games, comics, technology, cats, monsters, Pokemon, art, drawing, life, food, cooking/baking, music, people, and love.

My computer is a... PC! BECAUSE I'M PICKY!!

Top Games I Love... Pokemon, World of Warcraft, Starcraft, Kirby, Magic: The Gathering, Dungeons and Dragons, Donkey Kong, God of War, Zelda, Okami, Katamari Damachi, and most all of those fighter games.

Movies/TV I dig include... The Illusionist, Zoolander, Yes Man, the Godzilla series, Tommy Boy, Kung Fu Panda, Tremors, most comic book movies unless they REALLY SUCK...Hell's Kitchen, House, most of the Food Network, Saturday Night Live, Project Runway, and Medium.

My Top "Five" Bands... The Beatles, The Shins, Sublime, Oingo Boingo, Weezer...trust me, there's so many more!
